Morgan Walton

After graduating from high school here in Plano, I received my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and went straight on to earn my law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
 
There, I was involved in a wide range of activities, including representing Texas Tech at the national level in negotiations, moot court, and mediation, serving as the Vice Chair of Negotiations on the Board of Barristers, and working in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. During my summers in law school, I completed internships that focused on estate planning and corporate law.
 
Prior to joining the Miller Law Office in 2024, I worked in a real estate-focused firm, which included some estate planning and corporate law, in addition to probate, leases, and all things tied to land sales. I fell further in love with estate planning in particular because it allows me to spend the time getting to know the client and gives me the opportunity to be creative in accomplishing their goals. However, I quickly learned that estate planning, business ownership, real estate, and probate often go hand in hand.  
 
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and goldendoodle, Posty. I look forward to working with you!
